I feel you should try it by using Google Elemental. This package is already available in GWT 2.5 onwaords. Google elemental is basially an HTML5 implementaion. Various local devices can be acess by using Canvas element. This will work on Google Crome because WEB RTC implementation is available only in Google Crome.
