GWT Designer xulrunner problem the 125th :-(

Hi,

opening a UIBinder file in GWT Designer under Eclipse Luna produces the (well-known) error:

Can't create SWT Browser.

GWT Designer uses the SWT Browser widget to render the GWT UI. SWT Browser requires a compatible xulrunner version installed: it should be 1.9.1.x or 1.9.2.x version and meet the current environment architecture. I remember that I had to struggle with this one one or two years ago, and it worked and worked not sporadically. Someday it worked, but I never knew exactly why. It's annoying to me that it's going to start again from the beginning.

Isn't there a reliable and predictable solution to this problem?

Why does it come back over and over again?
