Yes, we are using appengine 1.9.50. I am launching super dev mode using Intellij Idea 2017.2.

Are you using AppEngine? How are you launching DevMode? Your Jetty 6 likely comes from the AppEngine SDK (it has only recently been upgraded to Jetty 9 AFAIK)
