It's not entirely reproducible, but does seem to happen with some regularity.  And yes, it has hours of usage, which could be the problem.

Definitely client side.

But the rest of what you say I don't completely understand.  Yes, it is running https, but I should have been clear, I also don't have access to the server.  I don't have access to anything as it is all on a remote private network.
