AFAICT it worked the same with 2.7. With the default user.agent values, I get 3 permutations. The compilation-mappings.txt for the sample app created with webAppCreator and added collapse-property is:

Could it be because of other properties whose default value depend on user.agent, such as audioElementSupport, canvasElementSupport, dragEventSupport, touchEventSupport, and videoElementSupport?
