Thanks for the tip. ChromeFrame was not installed. This was a brand
new build of a laptop.
However, I found a registry setting in internet settings/user agent/
the full path of the key is:
settings/user agent/post Platform/chromeframe.
Can we maybe get an error message indicating this situation?
