Profiling using speed tracer does not "pick up" jvm args

When I create a new profiler configuration for speed tracer and pass Xms or Xms (for example -Xmx1024m -Xms256m) and run a profile a GWT application it is always run with -Xmx512m param only. I use latest stable version of GPE and eclipse 3.6. Has anyone had similar issues?
