Unable to download eclipse plugin

Hi, 

  I am trying to install GWT plugin for Eclipse (Oxygen or Neon), using the Eclipse market place, but got "No repository found at http://storage.googleapis.com/gwt-eclipse-plugin/v3/release". Can anyone help?
