IntelliJ, SDM, IntelliJ Debugger, Embedded Server and AppEngine

Guys,

Does anyone out there know of a good reference for the most current way to setup IntelliJ (2018.1 Ultimate) to use SDM (2.8.2) and IntelliJ debugger for setting client side breakpoints? 

Also, how do I do the above using an Embedded Server? What about AppEngine?

Any pointers would be much appreciated!
