Re: chrome upgrade scrolling issues

I have Chrome version "29.0.1547.57 m" on Windows 7 and the scrolling appears to work correctly, that is, when I go to one of the other "places" the scrollbar is at the top of the panel.

You can see this at www.sorave.com.  scroll to the middle of the page, then click on the header "connect",  you can see it stays scrolled in the middle of the page, even though it is a new place.

This only happens on chrome, and only after I applied the latest chrome update.
