chrome upgrade scrolling issues

my computer (mac) just upgraded to the latest version of chrome.  It seems now my site has an odd issue with scrolling.  When I scroll down a page and then click a link to a new place, it stays scrolled in the old position.

You can see this at www.sorave.com.  scroll to the middle of the page, then click on the header "connect",  you can see it stays scrolled in the middle of the page, even though it is a new place.

This only happens on chrome, and only after I applied the latest chrome update.

Version 29.0.1547.57

anyone else have this issue?
