Re: SuperDevMode stops working from Intellij version >= 2025.2.3

I am on 2025.2.4 on Linux 6.8.0. I can run GWT (2.12.1) inside IntelliJ (IDEA), with jetty 12.0.29. I don't use maven, so, my usage is probably different from yours.

I have a simple write-up on how to set up GWT + jetty inside IntelliJ. Unfortunately, IntelliJ does not work well with jetty 12.1.

Always, many thanks to the maintainers of GWT.

Running via Maven still works.  I'm on IntelliJ IDEA 2025.2.4 (Community Edition) and it's working fine with Maven.  Ie:

If you plan to (easily) use the GWT superDev mode, I advise not to update Intellij to >2025.2.2.
This is the last version where the superDev mode could have been started...
