We are using Java native method to call javascript in our GWT client code as below
public static native String getClipboardData()/*-{
if($wnd.clipboardData && clipboardData.setData){
return $wnd.clipboardData.getData('Text');
}
}-*/;
public static native String setClipboardData(String data)/*-{
if($wnd.clipboardData && clipboardData.setData){
return $wnd.clipboardData.getData('Text');
}
}-*/;
Above code works well with IE but this functionality doesn't work with modern browser's, I do understand this is not GWT specific question, but if anyone might have came across this situation, can help here. Even javascript experts please comment.
Thanks and regards,
Pramod Patil
