you should change your attitude.
I guess you want a guarantee without any commitment. This is
unethically.

Either you pay for service or you do it yourself or you take it for
free but with risk.

You, or your managers don't like any available option?
No other framework will offer a further option.

And by the way, Google Wave will not be closed, but no more offered
the actual way.
However, it is not very likely for google to close GWT.
But even when, the big user base will probably continue to develop
GWT.
