GWT RPC error with GWT 2.0.3

Hi all
We have an application that uses the GWT RPC to call the Service
hosted on the server. If we call this service for the first few
times(like 10 to 15), it is working fine. It is failing at later point
of time with the following exception:

com.google.gwt.user.client.rpc.StatusCodeException:

When I looked at the status code at method
RequestCallbackAdapter.onResponseReceived() when this exception
happened, the status code is 413. I googled and found the follwing
information for this stauts code:

SC_REQUEST_ENTITY_TOO_LARGE Status code (413) indicating that the
server is refusing to process the request because the request entity
is larger than the server is willing or able to process

The same call is working fine for first few times. When this exception
happened, The request was not reached to Service method on the server
and I think exception appeared when it calls XMLHttpRequest based
methods in RequestBuilder.

Any thoughts on what is going wrong??

Thanks in advance.
