GWT 1.5.3 and gwtext-2.0.4

Hi!
I am tryinig to run an application using GWT 1.5.3, gwtext-2.0.5 and
gwtextux-0.3 but I can't get an exception when I execute:
fondoPanel = new Panel(); //import
com.gwtext.client.widgets.Panel;

In the public folder I copy under directory js: ext-all.js, resources/
and adapter/

I try some solutions but nothing,
