Beginner question

Hi
I want to use the GWT Canvas in Eclipse. How do I make it available?
I have the Plugin installed and the SDK and have downloaded the gwt-
graphics-0.9.7.jar file.
I did search the web for a while but I think my question is too simple
to be answered there.
