I allways use GWT-Graphics from Vaadin.

Note that this works in normal GWT and you don't need to use Vaadin to use Gwt-Graphics.

I prefer this one over Raphael because this one is pure Java (and Raphael are wrappers). I find Raphael has a weird API (like many JS wrappers do imo).
Raphael is more powerfull though.
