Older version meant for enterprise.  Doesn't change very often.  Will at least get you up and running.  Since we only use FF for GWT development, doesn't cause any other issues.

Same there. I only downgraded to FF 17 using fedora repositories.

It works, but developer tools in FF >= 22 were better...
