The only work around that i have found is to persist the entity child in a diferent request.
In my case i have a ParentEntity with a Set<ChildEntity>. When persisting a new set, it work just fine, but when i try to update the values, the modifications never reach the server.
I tried to create a new Set to overwrite the old one, but no sucess in this attempt;
