You use the canvas context:

Canvas myCanvas = Canvas.createIfSupported();
myCanvas.getContext2d().scale(2, 2);

I am sorry, I was not clear in my earlier message.  Their DrawPane class

has a method called setZoomLevel.

 

They posted a demo of it:

I have no idea how it works, I don't need to.

 

I used it in my app and it is working well.
