I have this code

 url_with_hash_fragment="http://127.0.0.1:8888/Myproject.html?gwt.codesvr=127.0.0.1:9997#!home";

I think you must compile your app to JS. HtmlUnit does not have a DevMode Browser plugin so "?gwt.codesvr=127.0.0.1:9997#!home" is kind of useless.
