i resolved my problem with :

yourLink.setStyleName("gwt-Hyperlink a:active"); 

and in css : 

.gwt-Hyperlink a:link,.gwt-Hyperlink a:hover,.gwt-Hyperlink 
a:visited,.gwt-Hyperlink a:active 
{ 
       color:gray; 

}
