6 minutes and half on my SSD based Quad core i7:
Handwritten:gwt-trunk cristcost$ time ant clean elemental dist
[....]
BUILD SUCCESSFUL
Total time: 6 minutes 30 seconds
When you use "dist-dev" instead of "dist" its a lot faster than that as no samples will be build.
