-noSuperDevMode in launch file keeps coming back!

Hello,
I have created a small application to play with 2.7-rc1 using eclipse.
I ran the project and then saved it as launch file
The default is to use the -noSuperDevMode switch, so I removed that
All is well if I run the using the launch file. However, if I open the laucnh file from the "run configurations" (or debug configurations) menu then the switch is re-inserted.
This is not the behavior I would expect. Every time I open the launch file using the IDE I have to remember to go to the Arguments tab and re-remove the -noSuper... switch

Is this expected behavior?
