SplitLayoutPanel - unable to move splitters

Hi,

I am creating a layout with a SplitLayoutPanel:

http://www.bavaria64.de:8080/mcs/?main

But when I try to drag a splitter, it does not work. I can click and hold the mouse button, but the splitter does not move.

What can I do?
