Super Dev Mode (GWT 2.7-SNAPSHOT) fails with filename too long

Yes, SuperDevMode uses -gen to be able to serve those generated files for source maps.

These are just warnings though.

The fix would be for each generator to try generating shorter filenames/classnames (e.g. using adler32)
