You've just used one: https://groups.google.com/forum/ is a GWT app.

Others, by Google alone: AdWords (needs an account), http://www.google.com/fonts , https://www.google.com/flights/ , https://www.google.com/moderator/ , https://www.blogger.com (needs an account) and comments those Blogger blogs that don't use Google+ comments (don't have an example at hand). Google Drive and Google Wallet also make use of GWT, but only in some parts. Google Checkout "in-app payments" for example is a GWT app (you can see it in http://chrome.angrybirds.com/ for example; BTW, http://chrome.angrybirds.com/ , the game, is also built with GWT)
