Did you manage to find or write a linker for targetting Rhino?
I'm trying to do the same, I've found a linker that should do this here: https://code.google.com/p/couchdb-gwt/source/browse/trunk/couchdb-js/src/com/os/couchdbjs/linker/JsScriptLinker.java
But I can't get it working, it ssems like there's an unresolved problem in the code or maybe the project owner used a different version of gwt.
If you managed to do that, can you give me a hint on how to proceed?
