What's the max. file-size that can be inlined?

What the maximum file size that GWT compiler will apply the inline caching technique upon? Assume the following:

 

- a compilation for target browser that supports data URL and that 

- ClientBundle. enableInlining  is set to "true" (so that GWT will be so helpful to convert small resources to data ULR and embeds it in JavaScript payload)
