GWT Scrollpanel (Scrolling)is not woking in Chrome but works in Firefox and IE

Hi,

If i scroll on the text inside the Scroll panel, it is not working in Chrome. But Right hand side, there are some spaces, if i scroll on this place, It scrolls in Chrome also.

The problem is Why the Scrolling is not working on the Text?

If anyone can Help means, Highly appriciated.
