Vertical Menu Bar klick on arrow

Hey, 

I'm developing a little website. 

Now I try to use a MenuBar and it is working fine but there is a little arrow which shows, that there is a pop up menu.  (See attachment) 

But I can't click on it. 

In tests the all my users try to klick on this arrow because they expected this would open the menu. 

Is there a way to get this arrow klickable ?
