DataTables refresh

Hi, I have a question. 

I have a very simple graph that takes some dates in a DataTable, very simple too. There is a timer that refresh a graph with  DataTable's dates, each x time.

I want to run the main method of an external class to modify the DataTables's dates.

Nevertheless, when I run the main method, the DataTable's content don't change. 

I don't know how to implement.
