OK, my bad. Sorry.

I forgot that I overrode add() method for my Panel:
    @Override
    public void add(Widget w) {
        innerInnerPanel.add(w);
    }

Here is the fix:
super.add(innerPanel);
this.innerPanel.add(innerInnerPanel);
