Job title : OCM (Organization Change Manager)

Location : Denver,CO   (LOCAL ONLY)

Duration : 3-5 years

Rate : Open, Best in Industry


Visa : EAD. GC, TN and Citizen only

       Minimum of 8 years of experience leading organizational change management strategy, planning, development, and delivery associated with enterprise changes of structure, software systems, and processes.

·       Knowledge of Organizational and Cultural Change Management industry best practices.

·       Demonstrate a very strong ability to understand, collaborate and lead all aspects of organizational change management and organizational design (e.g. considered a subject matter expert and go-to person relative to OCM/org design both with 3M internal management and external clients/stakeholders.

·       Strong abilities in relationship management, teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a virtual and cross-functional environment.

·       Work with client leaders and internal project and training managers to provide OCM leadership on the implementation of multiple phases of complex software projects.

·       Must be comfortable working in a high-profile capacity with C-level management.

·       Ability to lead large business transformation programs in appropriate communication methods.

·       Identify mitigation strategies, take early action to resolve issues and address cross-team impacts.

·       Knowledge of Organizational and Cultural Change Management best practices.

·       Understands the ADKAR methodology for delivering OCM capability.
