Googlebot not see tag <meta name="fragment" content="!" />

Hi. First i want to tell you - my english very bad, please try to understand me.At the present time i make music site. All its code is written on ajax. I was read foolowing  http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=174992 artikle. Everything works fine, however, there is a problem witch indexing home page.

in home page i was inserted following meta tag <meta name="fragment" content="!" /> you can check this in code of page: www.aftamat4ik.ru

(sorry for my english,sorry...)

http://aftamat4ik.ru/?_escaped_fragment_=  - that's static version of page, this is for googlebot.

But  Fetch as Googleboot not shows page at the http://aftamat4ik.ru/?_escaped_fragment_=

I have read many materials in google, but the solutions are not found, or i not underestand them...

Then i have fetch as Googlebot for this url - www.aftamat4ik.ru/#! and see that googlebot works.

My question - how to do so googlebot scans www.aftamat4ik.ru correctly?
