shall we control the popup dialog's container?

in the html document,there is a iframe named "f1",and in "f1" there is
a iframe named "f2",in "f2" there is a custumer widget, in the
custumer widget's source code i showed a DecoratedPopupPanel,than the
panel is attached to "f1" 's body element,but actually i want it be
attached to "f1".

what is wrong ?
