SDK version question

Another minor but frustrating issue I run into is that when I mess with the generated files or attempt to create the files on my own I often get this message.

There is a new version of the SDK available.
-----------
Latest SDK:
Release: 1.5.3
Timestamp: Tue Jul 19 13:46:16 PDT 2011
API versions: [1.0]

-----------
Your SDK:
Release: 1.5.2
Timestamp: Mon Jul 18 16:48:56 PDT 2011]
API versions: [1.0]

-----------
Please visit http://code.google.com/appengine for the latest SDK.
********************************************************

When I don't mess with the generated files, I don't get that message.  I can't see what I might have done to cause this, though.

Furthermore, when I try Help > Check for Updates or Help > Install New Software I am told that no repository is found at http://code.google.com/appengine

What should I  make of this message?  It doesn't seem to prevent the application from running.

Thanks.
