Comet Streamhub

I am trying to integrate comet in my application. After reading
Streamhub, if found this

"as of version 1.0.3 and greater, the GWT Comet Adapter only works
in compiled mode"
at http://code.google.com/p/gwt-comet-streamhub/

thus, this means that we will not be able to debug with Streamhub!!!

Is that so?
