Let's  say my Person class has 2 fields :

private Date birthDate;

private Date graduationDate;

How to add a validation inforcing that graduationDate is after birthDate ?

You'd write (or use) a constraint that you'd apply to the class so it can access both fields.

But beware, Bean Validation support is deprecated!
