Install GWT Eclipse Plugin from behind a firewall?

Hello,

I cannot install the GWT eclipse plugin from behind a corporate firewall.
The update site (https://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.4) is not available.
When I try to open it in a browser, I get a HTTP 403 (forbidden) error.

I found that you can install it from a zip archive:
https://developers.google.com/eclipse/docs/install-from-zip
But I cannot even download the zip file from there:
http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/core/4.3/zips/gpe-e43-latest-updatesite.zip

In addition, only the plugin version 4.3 is available as a zip file, while there exists version 4.4.
(I want to use it with eclipse Mars and 4.4. is known to work, but 4.3?)

What can I do?

Thanks
Magnus
