Elemental and FormData

I was playing around with elemental to do a file upload via XMLTTPRequest2 (http://www.html5rocks.com/en/tutorials/file/xhr2/)

But somehow I am missing the newFormData function to create a new FormData object.

The class JsFormData and the interface FormData respectively are available in the elemental lib. 

Not sure if this is an issue/bug. 

Furthermore looking at the FormData interface it seems that I can only append Strings. 

However it should also be possible to append Blob, File.
