Data grid alignment Issue in IE7

Hi all,
I am using data grid  and facing issue with alignment in IE7.
The header row and data rows are not in sync.
Attached is the screenshot.This issue persist only in IE7 . I tested it in IE8 and its works fine.

Please suggest some workaround to make code compatible with IE7.
