ok, I close this topic, my error was the importance to use the same parameter name Contact in the render method. 


void render(SafeHtmlBuilder sb, Contact contact);

 <ui:with

  field='contact'

  type='com.MS.client.core.MODEL.admin.Contact_database.Contact' />
