GWT learning

I have downloaded the GWT but I am unable to open webAppCreator.cmd
file .
i am getting error like :

missing required argument 'modulename'
google web toolkit 2.4.0
webAppCreator [-overwrite] [-ignore] [-out dir] [-junit jar] [-
XnoEclipse | -XonlyEclipse] moduleName
-out
The directory to write output files into (defaults to current)
-overwrite
Overwrite any existing files
-ignore
Ignore any existing files; do not overwrite
-junit
Specifies the path to your junit.jar
moduleName
The name of the module to create (fully-qualified Java class name)

This opens for a flash moment and then disappears. I read that Apache
Ant is also necessary to run command line arguments.
I try to run ant.bat file , even that is not working.

Am I missing something in setup.I am stuck.
