Cannot create Web Application Project

Hello, I can't create a new application project in Eclipse. I installed Eclipse Indigo SR2 and have the following plug-ins installed:

- Google App Enging Java SDK 1.6.3

- Google Web Toolkit SDK 2.4.0

- Google Plugin for Eclipise 3.7

- GWT Designer Core

- GWT Designer Editor

- GWT Designer GPE

The (File > New) menu does not have a "New Application Project..." menu option. Also, after selecting the "New > Project" menu option, I don't have the "Web Application Project" or sub-folder. I only have General, CVS, Java, Maven, and Examples. None of these top-level folders has the Web Application Project option.

How can I start a GWT project in Eclipse?
