Re: Locking bottom panel of SplitLayoutPanel to bottom of viewing area

Thanks for the reply, I tried that but when I do it this method sets
the height of the north panel to 600 and the rest of the window size
goes to the center panel. What I want is when the window is loaded,
40px goes to the center panel no matter what, then everything else
goes to the north panel. That would be step one. Step 2 would be to
make it so when the window is resized, only the size of the north
panel changes. I want the center panel to remain static at 40px no
matter what (unless the user drags the split bar).
