CellTree with Show More link

Hi, I was trying to use CellTree with setting some defaultNodeSize (5)
and expecting Show more link below the items.

Though I set it to the size less than the elements I populated, show
more element doesn't appear. When I inspect the DOM, I can see

<a href="javascript:;" class="GALD-WOFF" style="display: none;">Show
more</a> disabled.

Am I missing Some Thing? We need this feature to implement some of the
business functionality.

Any suggestions on overriding this functionality are most welcome? We
might require to show the remaining number of items to be displayed in
this hyper link.
