When I create a DockLayoutPanel or SplitLayoutPanel using
Style.Unit.EM, IE7 & IE8 to not recognize the height I set for the
interior panels. They are never visible. IE's Developer Tool shows
they have a height of zero. I see the desired height in Chrome,
Firefox, and Safari. In order to set the panel heights in IE, I must
use Style.Unit.PX.
However, this is not a problem with TabLayoutPanel. If I create a
panel with 'new TabLayoutPanel(1.5, Style.Unit.EM)', the tabs are
visible in all browsers.
Has anyone else seen this behavior? It seems to be a bug.
