Not if they have different paths, or different domains!
I'm not sure it's possible to make sure there's a single cookie by a given name, maybe try "unsetting" every cookie with any "ancestor" path and "ancestor" domain (and all combinations). But you'd also have to do the same, probably, for each servlet/subpath that you'll call from your page too!
